General Policies

PRIVACY: Your information will not be sold, traded or exchanged with othe parties. The only personal information that will be shared with third parties is the minimum required for credit card payment processing or courier delivery.

PRICING: Store prices have always been "online" competitive. However, due to exchange rate volatilty, prices & availability are subject to change without notice.

SALES TAXES : All orders picked up in store or shipped within British Columbia (BC) will be charged the applicable PST and GST. HST will also be charged to orders shipped to Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. Shipments to other provinces will be charged the applicable GST.

PAYMENT: Visa, MC, Amex, debit card, E-transfer and cash payments are accepted for in store & trackside purchases.

Third party pickups are not permitted on phone orders.

SHIPPING: Unless otherwise specified, we ship via ground service with Purolator or UPS to the cardholder's credit card billing address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Due to the technical nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. It is the users responsiblity to determine the suitability of the product before purchase. No product returns or exchanges are accepted.

WARRANTY: No warranty is expressed or implied regarding any products sold by Driver's Edge Autosport.

Most of the products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of up to one year. This covers potential manufucaturing defects, but does not wear or abuse. Since each manufacturer has different procedures, please contact us for more information should you have a problem.
