General Policies
PRIVACY: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We will only share your personal information with the necessary third parties, such as couriers & credit card issuing banks, when processing of your order.
PRICING: We do our best to ensure accurate & competitive pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice.
WARRANTY: Most of the products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of up to one year. This covers manufucaturing defects & not wear or abuse. Since each manufacturer has different procedures, please contact us for more information should you have a problem.
PAYMENT: We accept paymet by Visa, MC, Amex, debit card, bank transfer & cash. Phone orders paid by credit card require that we ship to the cardholder's credit card billing address or have the cardholder pick up the order with the card

and government issued photo identification. Third party pickups are not permitted on phone orders.
Orders placed from outside of Canada or the USA require payment by bank transfer. Please note that some items are not available for sale outside Canada or USA.
SALES TAX: All orders picked up in store or shipped within British Columbia (BC) will be charged the applicable Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). HST will also be charged to orders shipped to Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland. Shipments to other provinces will be charged GST. Shipments to the USA are not charged sales tax.
SHIPPING: Unless otherwise specified, we ship via ground service with FedEx, Purolator or UPS. We are not able to ship by postal or bus service. International shipments may have customs duties and brokerage charges applied. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for credit, requests must be made within 15 days of the invoice date. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted without prior approval. The item must be unused and it its original packaging. Returns are also subject to a 15% handling charge. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Some items may not be returned or exchanged. These include but are not limited to underwear, socks, electrical and electronic items, special order items, used or installed products & some dated products, such as, window nets & harnesses . We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges at our discretion.
